Job Responsibilities:
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing transactions, including registering sales, collecting cash, and dispensing change
- Maintaining accurate records, including patient and medication data, and processing voids, returns, and exchanges
- Assisting pharmacists with tasks, such as entering patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions
- Reporting any medication errors or discrepancies to the pharmacist and adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures
- Handling customer calls, including those to doctors, and processing manual cases for external program remedy services
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including counters, shelves, and stock areas
- Participating in stock management activities, such as ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications
- Building and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special designs
- Assisting with the division of food items and product placement, as determined by strategies and methods
- Providing customer support in the photo area, including digital identification photo services, banner print, and creative machine services
- Taking on web pick-up responsibilities, including screening orders, processing requests, and delivering orders to customers
- Participating in outside and inside maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and well-maintained store environment and appearance
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Familiarity with store systems and hardware
Preferred Qualifications:
* 6 months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience with arenaflex
- Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Knowledge of store stock control
- PTCB certification
