About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms. You'll research and problem-solve to determine the best solutions for our customers, while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for those who can think critically and provide solutions that wow our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms
- Research and problem-solve to determine the best solutions for our customers
- Go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
What You'll Need:
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and think critically
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and think critically
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a pet-related industry or pharmacy setting
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
