Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound service calls with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Driving customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications
- Navigating through multiple systems and tools to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Participating in ongoing training and skill development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
- Problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
- A passion for advancing your career with a reliable company
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be 18+ years of age
- High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug-screen
