Key Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service to clients in French
- Acting as the first point-of-contact for callers, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Entering client information into our website and retrieving relevant data to support customer inquiries
- Establishing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you can expect to:
