Job Summary

As an Online Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless user experience for our clients, publishers, and advertisers. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing live chat support, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding users through solutions. Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing live chat support to clients, addressing inquiries about arenaflex's digital advertising platform
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding users through solutions
  • Assisting advertisers and publishers with account setup, billing, and campaign management
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and solutions provided
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by providing prompt and professional support

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer support, online chat, or a similar role (preferred)
