Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions with a smile. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering Phones, Emails, and Live Chat: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Identifying and Escalating Priority Issues: Recognize and escalate priority issues to high-level management, ensuring seamless resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Recording Customer Interactions: Accurately and efficiently record details of customer interactions, using your proficient communication skills.

Salary and Employment Type
