Job Overview
As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. You'll engage with customers via live chat to provide product information, answer questions, and address concerns, and you'll work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities

Requirements
