Key Responsibilities

Coordinate, schedule, and manage virtual events end-to-end using tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.

Communicate with speakers, hosts, attendees, and internal teams to ensure smooth event logistics.

Create and distribute event invitations, reminders, and follow-ups via email and social media.

Assist in designing event agendas, presentation materials, and virtual backdrops.

Monitor live sessions for technical issues and provide support to participants.

Track event metrics, compile reports, and share feedback with stakeholders.

Maintain an event calendar and support marketing campaigns tied to events.

- Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree (in progress or completed) in any discipline. Open to freshers from all educational backgrounds.
