This is a remote position where you'll assist clients in planning and booking a variety of travel experiences—from cruises and all-inclusive resorts to group tours and vacation packages. Key Responsibilities:
- Research, plan, and coordinate personalized travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, cruises, excursions, and tours.
- Provide responsive and professional customer service throughout the booking and travel process.
- Stay current on destination trends, travel regulations, and supplier promotions.
- Communicate with top travel suppliers to secure competitive pricing and exclusive offers.
- Manage client information, bookings, and inquiries using your provided website portal.
- Promote travel services to new and existing clients through outreach and marketing.
