Program Manager, University Recruiting
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager, University Recruiting to lead and scale our campus hiring efforts. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of our university recruiting program - from building our annual recruiting calendar to managing intern and new graduate pipelines. You will serve as the primary point of contact for university partnerships, work closely with talent acquisition and business leaders, and help bring early-career talent into the organization.
What You'll Do
- Own the design and execution of our annual university recruiting calendar, including target school selection, event planning, and timeline management across intern and new graduate hiring cycles.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting operations for intern and new grad roles, from requisition through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain relationships with career centers, student organizations, faculty, and diversity-focused university programs.
- Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to forecast headcount needs, define role requirements, and align on recruiting strategies.
- Develop and track recruiting metrics (conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, source of hire, etc.) and present insights to leadership on program effectiveness.
- Continuously improve the candidate experience and recruiter workflows through process documentation, tooling, and feedback loops.
- Serve as an ambassador for the company brand on campus, coordinating presence at career fairs, information sessions, hackathons, and other recruiting events.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in university or campus recruiting, with direct ownership of intern and/or new graduate hiring programs.
- Demonstrated experience building and managing an annual university recruiting calendar across multiple schools and events.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across a high-volume recruiting cycle.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external university contacts.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and recruiting data reporting.
- A detail-oriented, process-driven mindset with a bias toward continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $190,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
