Account Executive - Gaming
We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business and revenue growth. This role is focused on owning the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities to closing deals — while building strong relationships with customers and acting as a trusted advisor. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client goals and maximize impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing
- Identify and engage potential clients across relevant industries, with a focus on gaming / digital products
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Lead discovery conversations to deeply understand customer needs, challenges, and goals
- Present tailored solutions and clearly articulate value propositions
- Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and delivery teams to align on customer needs
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals efficiently
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, driving expansion, upsell, and retention opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, gaming, adtech, or digital products
- Proven track record of closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience managing full-cycle sales processes independently
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand complex customer needs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong ownership, drive, and results-oriented mindset
