Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Part-Time Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat on websites and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through live chat on websites and social media platforms, providing support and answering queries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A reliable computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly and concisely.
  • A minimum commitment of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work according to business needs.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
