Job Summary
As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on behalf of our clients, providing timely and accurate support to their customers. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites and social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their queries and concerns
- Deliver discount codes and sales links to customers, promoting our clients' products and services
- Work closely with our training team to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service and live chat support
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and support across all channels
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues effectively
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Availability of at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
