Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support and care, and that their needs are met with empathy and understanding.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their questions and concerns

  • Utilize your knowledge of healthcare plans and policies to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and address customer concerns, and to develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a healthcare or insurance setting

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare plans and policies
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Work Environment

As a remote worker, you will be responsible for creating a dedicated workspace that meets arenaflex's requirements for a secure and distraction-free environment. You will need to have a reliable internet connection, a quiet and private workspace, and a headset or other necessary equipment to perform your job duties. arenaflex will provide you with the necessary training and support to ensure your success in this role.
