Responsibilities

As a part-time weekend remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service through our online channels, including email communication, phone conversations, and online chat messages
  • Answering customer inquiries on bicycle components, accessories, and tools, and resolving issues in an organized and timely manner
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to communicate customer feedback and improve our services
  • Processing returns and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
  • Building your bicycle knowledge and sharing your expertise with the team
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer inquiries on multiple channels

  • Resolve customer order issues
  • Provide support on bicycle components, accessories, and tools
  • Process returns and warranty claims
  • Collaborate with leadership team to communicate customer feedback
  • Build bicycle knowledge and share with the team

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Bicycle knowledge:

A strong desire to provide superior customer service and a passion for bicycles

Communication skills:

The ability to communicate clearly through written and verbal communication

Organization:

The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on organization and attention to detail

Customer service experience:

Online customer support experience is a plus, but not required

Availability:

Availability to work part-time weekends, with a flexible schedule
