Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Digital Media and Advertising Operations team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of data entry specialists in supporting sales representatives and clients through the entire mission lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on designing and executing the functional components of our advertising efforts, including pre-deal direction, media planning, campaign setup, analysis, optimization, reporting, and invoicing. You'll work closely with our sales, finance, and accounting teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of our advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of data entry specialists in supporting sales representatives and clients through the entire mission lifecycle, from pre-deal direction to invoicing

  • Design and execute the functional components of our advertising efforts, including pre-deal direction, media planning, campaign setup, analysis, optimization, reporting, and invoicing
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and accounting teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of our advertising campaigns
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of campaign execution and performance
  • Identify and resolve complex issues related to stock, advertising products, or campaigns
  • Work closely with our global promotion teams to ensure effective execution of our advertising campaigns
  • Investigate and determine advertising delivery, ad quality, and technical issues
  • Test and evaluate potential advertising tech vendor integrations and provide input on contract discussions
  • Ideate, execute, audit, and advance functional cycles that drive quality and efficiency
  • Analyze and interpret data to develop strategies and recommendations for improving campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain documentation to explain processes and best practices
  • Collaborate with regional teams and serve as a local center of excellence for different offices across EMEA
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in digital media and advertising

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of general experience in the advertising industry, either on the publisher/agency side or in advertising tech
  • Proven experience in group management, with a strong understanding of mission planning and execution
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in digital media and advertising, with a deep understanding of video, automatic, and CTV advertising
  • Experience with advertising tech platforms, such as Google Ads Manager, DV360, and AdWords
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and Excel
  • Strong understanding of data security and privacy requirements related to digital advertising
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively with reports, colleagues, and senior leaders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
