Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You'll be the face of our company, building trust and rapport with customers through open and interactive discussions. Your expertise in iOS and macOS will enable you to provide accurate and comprehensive information, resolving issues with precision and competence.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling high volumes of incoming calls, emails, and chats with a high level of professionalism and empathy
- Identifying and evaluating customer needs to deliver satisfaction and exceed expectations
- Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussions
- Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods and tools
- Managing complaints, providing proper solutions and options, and following up to secure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Going the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferably in the solar energy industry)
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
- Experience with iOS and macOS
- Ability to work nights and some weekends (rotating shifts)
- Availability to work 8am – 6pm CST, 4 days/week, with rotating Saturdays or 8am – 4pm CST M-F, with rotating Saturdays

Salary
The salary for this role is $30,000-$40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
