Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Bookkeeping team on a full-time, remote basis. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for planning and preparing financial reports, ensuring the accuracy and transparency of our financial statements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives. Key Responsibilities

* Plan and prepare financial reports, including journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger

• Be a key owner of the monthly close cycle for arenaflex and external entities for explicitly assigned functional areas
• Ensure financial records are maintained for Management and GAAP Combined financial summaries using accepted methodologies
• Assist in providing expectations to external auditors on annual reviews and quarterly surveys
• Communicate with FP&A, functional partners, and external parties regarding significant accounting matters
• Conduct special investigations and projects to further our cycle improvement initiatives

• Sharp business acumen and process-oriented
• Data-driven and unafraid to go down to the lowest level of detail for truth and high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication, oral, and written skills, including strong proficiency in English
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, SOX/internal controls
• Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, GSuite preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA certification an asset
• Strong spreadsheet skills, with the ability to manage and process large amounts of data
