Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Supervisor to join our arenaflex team. As a key member of our Store Support Team, you'll be responsible for supervising and delegating tasks to Team Members, training and developing their skills, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Supervisor – Front End Support at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supervising and delegating tasks to Team Members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the Store Support Team
  • Working closely with the Team Trainer to train Team Members in a manner that builds and sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover
  • Assisting in the training of new Team Members, utilizing learning checklists and training materials to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated store environment, including keeping all cases and shelves clean and organized
  • Resolving difficult customer situations in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensuring all necessary breaks are given to Team Members and communicating attendance issues or concerns to the Team Leader and Store Leadership
  • Communicating team concerns to the Team Leader and Associate Team Leader, and setting and achieving the highest standards of retail execution
  • Fostering and encouraging a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale
  • Maintaining awareness of customer flows and needs, directing Team Members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers, and responding promptly to customer needs and questions
  • Selecting, training, developing, mentoring, motivating, and counseling Team Members in a manner that sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover
  • Providing timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations, and consistently communicating and modeling arenaflex vision and goals

Essential Qualifications:

* 12+ months retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Extensive knowledge of Store Support team procedures and policies
  • Ability to teach others in a positive and constructive manner
  • Demonstrated advanced product knowledge, with awareness of new products and trends
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills
  • Advanced knowledge of regulatory and safety policies and procedures
  • Proficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance, monitoring profitability, and managing inventory
  • Demonstrated decision-making ability, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate
  • Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a proven track record of success

  • Certification in customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

As a Customer Service Supervisor – Front End Support at arenaflex, you'll be eligible for a competitive salary range of $18.00 - $24.10 Hourly, commensurate with experience. You'll also be entitled to a comprehensive benefits package, including:
