Job Summary

As a Customer Success Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to deliver solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers, while maintaining a positive and supportive attitude. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound and make outbound calls, responding to customer requests within set timeframes and delivering an exceptional quality of service to every customer.

  • Provide information and knowledgeable assistance by pulling up loan information and providing customers with the information they need quickly and accurately.
  • Adhere to schedules, multitask, meet deadlines, and provide verbal and written responses to customers as required.
  • Work as part of a dedicated team to explain policies and procedures to customers and find great solutions to their inquiries in a seamless and positive way.
  • Build positive and pleasant relationships with our customers, whatever the circumstances, helping them feel secure and well-looked-after.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance and comply with all arenaflex policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Graduate or equivalent

  • 0-1 years of related work experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of loan products and services
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Work Environment

* This position is located in Fishers, IN and requires local presence

  • The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
