Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Officer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
  • Assisting customers with account maintenance, billing inquiries, and technical support
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals set by the company

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivation, organization, and adaptability to change

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms

  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, Mandarin, etc.)
