Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Officer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Documenting all customer interactions accurately and efficiently

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
- Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivation, organization, and adaptability to change
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
