Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and participants, ensuring their satisfaction with our events and services. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing prompt and friendly assistance via phone, email, and in-person. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills will ensure that our clients and participants feel valued and supported.
  • Handle registration and payment processes for events and leagues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing our online registration systems and processing payments in a timely and secure manner.
  • Communicate event details, rules, and schedules to participants in a clear and professional manner. You will be responsible for ensuring that our participants have all the information they need to participate in our events and leagues.
  • Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner. You will be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring that our clients and participants are satisfied with our services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth event operations and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our event management team to ensure that our events run smoothly and that our clients and participants have an exceptional experience.
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer records and data. You will be responsible for managing our customer database and ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones. You will help us to promote our events and services through social media, email marketing, and other channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to continuously improve our services and processes. You will be responsible for staying current with industry trends and customer needs to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our clients and participants.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual with the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. You will have a strong foundation in communication and customer service skills.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sports or event management setting. You will have experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to communicate effectively with our clients and participants, both in person and over the phone.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. You will be able to resolve issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. You will be able to manage our online registration systems and process payments in a timely and secure manner.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to handle multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Passion for sports and promoting an active lifestyle. You will be able to communicate the benefits of our events and services to our clients and participants.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed. You will be able to work flexible hours to accommodate our events and services.
