Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing timely and effective support through various communication channels. If you're a detail-oriented, self-managing, and tech-savvy individual who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshooting software issues with customers and service providers
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Utilizing technology to communicate with team members, participate in training sessions, and attend virtual meetings

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a remote team environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of household maintenance or related industries
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
