Job Responsibilities
As a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent on a daily basis. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent through phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Supporting teammates with follow-up for clients and prospects, ensuring timely and efficient communication
* Researching and resolving coverage questions, providing accurate and concise information to clients
* Promptly responding to client needs, either on the phone or electronically, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files, processing routine correspondence between our agency and clients or companies
* Cultivating new opportunities and offering additional lines of insurance through consultative selling, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
* Assisting with other office duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
Professional and Personal Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and a calculator, with the ability to learn new software programs quickly
* Quick and accurate typing skills, with the ability to maintain high productivity levels
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Organizational, structured, and punctual work habits, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to following procedures

Wages and Compensation
arenaflex offers competitive wages between $12 - $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also be eligible for bonuses based on performance and other benefits, including:
