The Opportunity
As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, answering inbound customer calls and providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, problem-solving and de-escalating unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume. Our customer service specialists are the backbone of our company, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Who We Are
arenaflex's Cornerstone Services offers expertise and corporate support across the four arenaflex brands. These shared services include IT, digital commerce, customer care, and distribution. Our Cornerstone brands deliver inspirations that help customers enjoy, enhance, and celebrate life. We operate a separate e-commerce site for each brand, distribute 163 million catalogs annually, and have 22 retail and outlet stores.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to reside in one of the approved counties in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky. You'll also need to meet the following requirements:
- Problem-solving and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Follow arenaflex computer system requirements
- Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours

As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:
- Starting rate of $15.00/hour
- $1.00/hour additional for any hours worked 6pm-6am
- $1.00 for every hour worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on Sunday

System Requirements
To ensure a great experience for our customers, you'll need to maintain the necessary system requirements, including:
- Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
- Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
- High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
- Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings
