Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team on a seasonal full-time basis. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll be working in a fast-paced office environment, utilizing our CRM software to route and schedule service technicians' daily schedules. If you're a detail-oriented, multi-tasking professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Signing up customers for service plans and scheduling service calls
  • Scheduling add-ons and new installation appointments
  • Utilizing CRM software to route and schedule service technicians' daily schedules
  • Processing credit card payments
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience (at least 2 years)
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software
  • Detail-oriented and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Availability to work a seasonal full-time schedule (March 1st – December 1st)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a small office environment
  • Knowledge of irrigation systems and customer service in the industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Seasonal Full-Time Schedule

We're seeking a seasonal full-time representative to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm. The seasonal full-time schedule will run from March 1st to December 1st.
