Job Summary
As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support specialists in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers across various social media platforms. You will work closely with our store managers to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand awareness. Your expertise in social media marketing, customer support, and team management will be essential in achieving our goals and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies that align with arenaflex's overall objectives, while showcasing sales leadership through active floor presence and job shadowing (70% of the time)
- Customer Excellence: Ensure that all team members provide top-notch customer experiences, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, maintaining brief position satisfaction, providing continuous performance assessments, and ensuring adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures
- Brand Standards: Maintain brand principles through office maintenance, display area presentation, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with arenaflex's dress code standard and preparation rules
What You'll Bring
* Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives
- Self-Motivated Business Leader: Outstanding leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines
- Excellent Communication Skills: Magnificent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and customer support tasks
- Collaboration and Partnership: Ability to develop strong relationships and work as a well-respected, trusted partner
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to relocate as needed
- Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license in the state of work and ability to obtain necessary state licensing, where applicable
- Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit: This role requires an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles. Without the permit, you cannot participate in sales activities
