Job Summary

As a Full Stack Product Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and launch of our conversational AI and live chat support products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product development, to drive innovation and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise will be critical in shaping the future of conversational AI and live chat support, and we're excited to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and launch of conversational AI and live chat support products, working closely with cross-functional teams

  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product developers to drive innovation and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Work with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth

Essential Qualifications

* 4-year college degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI and live chat support technologies, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive decision-making
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with conversational AI platforms, including Dialogflow and Amazon Lex

  • Experience with live chat support platforms, including Zendesk and Freshdesk
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence tools, including Tableau and Power BI
  • Experience with cloud-based development tools, including GitHub and Jenkins
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
