Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be the face of our company, helping customers navigate their healthcare plans, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch support to customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats

• Answer questions and resolve issues related to healthcare plans, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions
• Use your expertise and knowledge to educate customers on their benefits and options
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Capabilities

* 1-year experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

• Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a secure, distraction-free workspace
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
