Responsibilities:
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our customers
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers to deliver an exceptional support experience
- Working with a dynamic team to resolve customer issues and provide memorable and delightful experiences
- Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and expertise

Location Requirements:

- Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of our local sites may only be considered for onsite job openings
- Must reside in one (1) of the following States: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming
Qualifications:
* Flexible to the needs of the business
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 18 years of age
Equipment and Internet Requirements:
* Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
- Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
- A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
- Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
- Desk and an ergonomic chair
