About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As the face of our customer, you'll be interacting with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related needs. You'll be the professional in the airport who crafts meaningful connections and encourages an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interacting with Customers: Provide a positive, professional, and empathetic experience to our customers, resolving their travel-related issues and making their journey memorable.
• Problem-Solving: Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve success, supporting them with new processes and technologies.
• Adaptability: Navigate challenges with a steady and adaptable approach, retaining composure and handling issues with professionalism.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Computer Literacy: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, with the physical ability to carry and handle luggage.
• Security Clearance: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Attendance and Uniform Requirements: Able to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
