Responsibilities
As an Online Research Participant and Customer Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for participating in a variety of research studies and customer service initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
* Participating in online and in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
* Completing written and oral instructions and surveys
* Providing honest and insightful feedback on products and services
* Using products and services provided by our clients and sharing your experiences
* Participating in multi-session studies and providing ongoing feedback
* Working independently and as part of a team to achieve research and customer service goals
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop or laptop
* Access to a reliable internet connection
* The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
