We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Level 1 Chat Support Agent to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive support experience. Responsibilities

As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
• Handling 2-3 concurrent live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
• Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Providing clear and concise communication to customers, both verbally and in writing
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries
• Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience supporting customers using WordPress
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
• Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and concepts
