Job Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to package delivery, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document delivery flow into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborate with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
- Troubleshoot, research, and resolve issues as necessary, escalating to management when required
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence
- Utilize multiple computer applications while on phone calls, demonstrating strong multitasking skills
- Maintain accurate records and data entry, adhering to company standards and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Ability to multitask on a computer while on phone calls, utilizing multiple applications
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of empathy and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or logistics environment
- Familiarity with tracking systems and data entry procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
