Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team as a virtual assistant. As a key member of our guest relations and operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on leveraging AI-powered tools, such as Guesty and Operto Teams, to deliver seamless and personalized experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations
+ Provide exceptional support to guests via phone, email, and messaging platforms (e.g., Guesty, HostAI, ChatGPT) + Screen potential guests and ensure that they meet our booking requirements + Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner + Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by delivering exceptional experiences + Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms
Company Tasks
+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Work with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management + Assist with business financials and accounting tasks, including the onboarding of accounting systems
Essential Qualifications
* Language Skills: Fluency in English with perfect grammar and communication skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using AI-powered tools, such as Guesty, HostAI, and ChatGPT
- Time Zone Availability: Availability to work in CST and Eastern United States time zones
- Availability: Part-time, temporary position with the possibility of moving to a more permanent schedule starting in January 2025
- Shift Availability: Thursday and Friday, 3pm-11p CST, with potential for additional overnight shifts (11p-7am CST)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience: Experience working in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as customer service or hospitality certifications
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business, communications)
