Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Fredericksburg, VA office. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policyholders, answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations to ensure their needs are met. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer billing questions, make policy changes, and provide recommendations to ensure policyholders' needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to policyholders.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informed responses to policyholders.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathize with policyholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly, with a willingness to take feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Preferred Qualifications
