Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist), you will be responsible for:

  • Executing application administration duties for a large-scale migration initiative, ensuring the smooth transition of organizations and users to the new system.
  • Accurately inputting and maintaining data, including establishing organizations and user accounts, to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Engaging effectively with clients and colleagues, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitating the transition for end users to the new system, reducing downtime and enhancing user satisfaction through clear communication and support.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Typing proficiency: Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately (minimum of 40 words per minute) to meet the demands of data entry and application administration.
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in English; bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply, as we strive to provide multilingual support to our clients and users.
