Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Santa Monica, USA. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business operations and decision-making.

• Answer business-critical questions and provide expert knowledge on various business streams, including D+ and Hulu, to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions.
• Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products.
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Apply statistical techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field).

• 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an analytics and data science space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with large data sets.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: from unclear requirements to a compelling story, accessible to diverse audiences, and ultimately to a clear business outcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners.
• Ability to present to senior leadership.

Good to Have

* Master's degree in a scientific field.

• Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience with marketing landing pages, sign-up channels, and business spaces.
• Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management.
• Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience.
• Strong motivation and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Humor and ability to connect with others.
• Unique interests or areas of expertise that impact the way you interact with others and approach your work.
