Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering patient data, processing prescriptions, and performing various administrative tasks. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that patient information is accurate and up-to-date, and that prescriptions are filled and dispensed correctly. This is a remote work from home opportunity, allowing you to work in a flexible and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter patient data, including demographic information, medical history, and prescription information

  • Process prescriptions, including verifying patient information, checking for allergies and interactions, and dispensing medication
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling patient inquiries
  • Work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that patient information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare technologies and best practices
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business

  • Current licensure as a registered pharmacist or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting, including prescription filling and processing, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, and pharmacy software and technology systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a remote work from home environment, with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy software systems

  • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and regulations
  • Certification in pharmacy technology or a related field
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
