Experienced Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Transformation and Innovation

As a Senior Statistics Architect on our Voice of the Customer (VOC) team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer listening strategy.

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer satisfaction surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll assist in the transformation and innovation of this technique, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and our Agile Technology team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs, ensuring seamless integration with our Cornerstone Large Data Platform.

• Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone platform.
• Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
• Utilize transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring high-quality and accurate data through intensive testing at various use case levels.
• Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using our massive data ecosystem.
• Power consumer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique.

Essential Qualifications:

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.

• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups.
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks.
