Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer interactions across multiple communication channels, including:

  • Handling 100+ customer interactions per day, including inbound and outbound calls, live chat, email, and text communication
  • Scheduling service appointments, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Utilizing a structured sales approach to convert leads into customers and meet/exceed sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and other platforms
  • Addressing customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborating with team members and leadership to meet performance benchmarks

Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least two years of experience in remote phone sales, telesales, or a call center environment
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Experience managing high call volumes with multiple phone queues
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and use a headset
  • Proficiency in working with multiple systems and software simultaneously
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless and secure experience, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Computer Specifications:

+ Operating System: Windows 10 (Professional preferred) or macOS Big Sur 11.6.2 or later + Processor: Intel Core i5-4400, 2.10 GHz or Apple M1 (or better) + RAM: 16 GB or higher + Security: Password-enabled local profile login

  • Software:

+ Chrome browser, antivirus/antimalware applications, and an enabled firewall

  • Internet & Peripherals:

+ Internet: High-speed cable or fiber optic connection with a wired connection + Peripherals: Two 20-inch monitors, a wired noise-canceling headset (can be provided), a webcam, and an external mouse (can be provided)

Compensation & Benefits

This is a fully remote position open to applicants in all U.S. states, except those who reside within a 60-mile radius of Croton-on-Hudson, NY. Please ensure you meet this requirement before applying.

* Thursday - Monday, 1 PM - 9 PM

  • Saturday - Wednesday, 8 AM - 4 PM
