Work from Home Opportunity
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as work-from-home representatives. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our team. Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Rewards Programs, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that our members receive prompt and effective support
- Following established communication scripts to handle various topics and provide accurate information to our members
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to meet their needs
- Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide exceptional service
- Seizing opportunities to upsell products when they arise, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
- Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, while being available at your desk and ready to serve our members
- Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions, providing a high level of service and support
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Previous 1 year customer service or customer support experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service
- Previous 1 year call center or office background experience, with a focus on customer-facing roles
- Technical savvy, with the ability to toggle between multiple browsers and systems using dual monitors
- Previous remote work from home experience, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working in a virtual environment
- Quick learner and ability to work independently, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
- Type 35 words per minute accurately, with strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Strong phone and enthusiastic verbal communication skills, with active listening and empathy
- Must be 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A background check will be required, in accordance with state and federal laws
Equipment and Requirements
To ensure your success in this role, we will provide the necessary equipment, including:
- A dedicated computer and headset
- A secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet connection (not Wi-Fi)
- A dedicated work area, including a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection
- Childcare for anyone 4 years of age and younger, to ensure that you can focus on your work without distraction
Pay and Benefits
As a full-time employee of arenaflex, you will be eligible for the following benefits:
- Starting pay: $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights and weekends)
- Work hours: Shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm (MST), with a focus on Monday-Friday
- Paid training: Typically 1 week from 7:00am-4:00pm (MST), with a comprehensive onboarding program
- Status: Full-time, with benefits eligibility starting on the 1st of the month after 60 days
