Director of Admissions, Alpha (Remote) - $100,000/year USD
• Remote
- W2 (U.S.) or Contractor (Canada)
- $100K/yr
You won't be selling a school. You'll be building trust with families facing one of the most critical decisions they'll ever make. Alpha students complete their core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their time to developing essential real-world capabilities: entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are positioned to open 25 new campuses before 2025 ends, and each begins with one pivotal interaction: the admissions experience. That's your domain. This represents a premium, concierge-style engagement designed for HNW/UHNW families — not a workflow of forms or templated phone scripts. You will guide the complete admissions experience for your assigned families from initial contact through final transition, providing elevated service throughout. You'll assess incoming interest, support families as they evaluate their options, and deploy AI-enabled systems to handle administrative tasks so your attention stays where it belongs: on relationships, outcomes, and credibility. If you want a position where premium service converges with rapid execution — and where AI is a foundational principle, not empty language — submit your application today. What You Will Be Doing
- Overseeing the complete admissions experience for designated families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
- Evaluating inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
- Serving as the sole point of contact for all parent correspondence, scheduling coordination, and follow-through — ensuring a concierge-level experience regardless of final decision.
- Utilizing AI platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to rank priorities, streamline follow-ups, and eliminate repetitive tasks.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Depending on scripts or inflexible procedures — this position demands discernment, refinement, and interpersonal sophistication.
- Being slowed by bureaucratic processes — you won't be caught in layers of departmental sign-offs or waiting for others to move forward.
- Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted contact from beginning to end.
