Role Description We are hiring a Digital Asset Research and Strategy Analyst to support research, market intelligence, and strategic analysis across cryptocurrency markets, blockchain ecosystems, digital asset infrastructure, and emerging Web3 financial systems. This is a research and strategy role focused on crypto market analysis, on-chain activity, digital asset trends, blockchain adoption, and market intelligence. The Digital Asset Research and Strategy Analyst will help monitor crypto market developments, analyze blockchain ecosystem activity, prepare research reports, and support internal strategy initiatives related to digital assets and blockchain-enabled finance. This is not a personal trading role, investment advisory role, token promotion role, or financial product sales position. Candidates will not be asked to invest personal funds, buy tokens, connect a wallet, disclose wallet balances, share private keys, or pay any fee to apply or work in this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on cryptocurrency markets, digital assets, blockchain networks, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and Web3 financial infrastructure.
• Monitor developments across Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Layer 2 networks, stablecoins, decentralized finance, exchanges, wallets, custody providers, and blockchain infrastructure platforms.
• Analyze crypto market trends, liquidity conditions, volatility patterns, ecosystem activity, public sentiment, regulatory developments, and institutional adoption.
• Track public on-chain activity, network usage, transaction flows, protocol activity, wallet trends, and digital asset market structure using available research tools and public data sources.
• Prepare research reports, market intelligence briefs, strategic summaries, and digital asset ecosystem updates for internal stakeholders.
• Support strategy initiatives related to crypto market research, blockchain adoption, tokenized asset infrastructure, and digital finance innovation.
• Review public industry information, ecosystem reports, protocol documentation, regulatory updates, market data, and blockchain analytics sources.
• Identify emerging trends across digital assets, DeFi infrastructure, tokenized real-world assets, stablecoin adoption, crypto exchanges, and institutional blockchain use cases.
• Collaborate with research, strategy, business, product, and operations teams to translate digital asset research into clear recommendations.
• Maintain structured research documentation, market maps, ecosystem reports, data notes, and strategic insight reports.
• Track regulatory, compliance, security, and operational developments relevant to digital assets, crypto markets, blockchain infrastructure, and Web3 financial systems.
• Present findings clearly to internal stakeholders and support decision-making across research, strategy, and business initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in crypto research, digital asset analysis, blockchain research, fintech, financial research, market research, product strategy, consulting, technology analysis, risk analysis, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain networks, digital assets, wallets, exchanges, stablecoins, smart contracts, tokenized systems, DeFi infrastructure, and Web3 market structure.
• Experience preparing research reports, market analysis, competitive intelligence, ecosystem summaries, strategy notes, or internal research documents.
• Strong analytical thinking, writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain crypto, blockchain, financial, and market concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable reviewing public on-chain data, market data, industry reports, regulatory updates, ecosystem announcements, and digital asset research materials.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple research priorities.
