Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced full stack Windows administrator to join our Web Systems Engineering team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for supporting Jenkins Pipelines and Ansible Playbooks for Windows OS provisioning, as well as developing automation scripts using open-source technologies such as Ansible and Terraform. Key Responsibilities
As a full stack Windows administrator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Jenkins Pipelines and Ansible Playbooks for Windows OS provisioning
- Developing automation scripts using open-source technologies such as Ansible and Terraform
- Collaborating with the Web Systems Engineering team to design and implement automation solutions
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to team members on Windows Server administration and automation development
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Windows Server administration and automation development
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Windows Server administration and automation development
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in system engineering with Windows Server administration
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell and GitHub
- Experience with public cloud automation (Azure/GCP)
- 4+ years of experience writing scripts with open-source technologies (Ansible/Terraform preferred)
- Proven track record of supporting Automation for Jenkins Pipeline and Ansible Playbooks for Windows OS provisioning
- Ability to show examples of script development via GitHub or work sample
Preferred Qualifications
While the above essential qualifications are required, the following preferred qualifications would be an added advantage:
- Experience with vRa and Open Source technologies
- Knowledge of Terraform and other automation tools
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and automation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
