What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customers' questions and concerns
- Resolving customer issues in a fair and empathetic manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
What You Bring to the Role
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- 6 months or more of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer or laptop
- A USB wired headset (recommended) or a compatible headset for video conferencing
- A smartphone or tablet with iOS or Android operating system for daily log-in
