Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them schedule service appointments, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our service managers and technicians to ensure customer needs are met efficiently, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm when engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding service offerings, appointment scheduling, and vehicle concerns.

  • Provide information on promotions, services, and service specials.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the customer database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm when engaging with customers.
  • Work closely with service managers and technicians to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Service BDC team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, call center, or automotive industry preferred but not required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other technology tools used by arenaflex.
