What You'll Do in This Role

As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative (Remote), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Inbound Customer Support: Use a call flow guide to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Resolving Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Tracking and Documenting Information: Use databases to track and document customer interactions and issues
  • Maintaining Broad Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
  • Offering Additional Products and Services: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell client products and services
  • Delivering Expert Customer Experiences: Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong focus on building customer relationships, technical support experience, and a high school diploma or GED. You'll also need to have:

  • Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and resolve technical issues
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment
  • Availability: Open availability to work from home and respond to customer inquiries and issues
  • Quiet, Distraction-Free Environment: A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • High-Speed Internet: High-speed internet access (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
