Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Servicing our current book of personal lines customers, ensuring their insurance needs are met and their policies are up-to-date
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and follow-up as needed
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, billing clarification, audit disputes, and claims service
- Processing renewals and ensuring seamless policy transitions
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in insurance customer service, with a strong understanding of personal lines insurance products and services
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- The ability to effectively relate to customers, providing exceptional service and support
- A Property & Casualty 2-20 or 4-40 license, with a strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance
