Job Summary

As a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless package delivery. You will be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathy will make all the difference in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Document delivery flow of packages into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Collaborate with regional facilities to create an exceptional customer experience, ensuring smooth package delivery
• Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary, providing solutions that meet customer needs
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing changes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

What You'll Need to Succeed:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task on a computer while on phone calls

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs
• Proficiency in multiple computer applications, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
• Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
